Terms of order cancellation by customer and/or by Weavllite -

1. Cancellation of any order shall be accepted within 24 hours of order placement.

2. To request order cancellation, please email us at orders@weavllite.com or call us on our customer support number at +91-93270-68713.

3. In the case of prepaid orders, we can offer you a refund for the same amount or a credit note of the same amount.

4. We reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to reasons beyond our control.

5. In the case of order cancellation from our end, the complete order amount will be refunded to you in your source of payment. You will be notified about the same via mail on your registered email ID.

6. Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.

7. Credit note: Validity of Credit voucher issued for order cancellation will be valid for 180 days.
