1. Return is valid up to 7 days from the date of delivery
2. Refund will be initiated once the product has been received at our warehouse and a successful QC is done.
3. Once the refund is processed, it will take a few days for the amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank policies.
4. In case the product fails to pass our QC, it will be shipped back to you and the shipping cost will have to be borne by you
5. In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be done to the source of payment
6. In case of COD order, the full order amount will be refunded to your wallet OR you are required to share your bank details with us for the refund to process.
7. Please note that the COD handling charges (if any) collected at the time of payment will not be refunded.
8. No return/exchange on any items ordered during promotional offers/sales.
9. Your purchase during promotional offers/sales is eligible for return or exchange only if an incorrect product has been delivered to you from our end.
10. In case a wrong product has been received by you, kindly contact/email us within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the product delivered to you.
11. No returns/exchanges on any custom/Tailored orders. One time alterations will be done by us.
12. For alterations, the product is to be shipped by you. Once we receive the item and the alterations are done, the product will then be shipped by us (shipping amount to be borne by you)
1. Exchange is valid upto 7 days from the date of delivery
2. If you wish to exchange the item purchased, with a different size of the same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost
3. If you wish to exchange the product with a different style, you will need to raise a return request and we will raise a credit note for you. Once the garment is received back to us and the QC is done, you can place a fresh order for the other item using the “credit note” amount.
4. Please Note- Only 1 exchange per order is allowed
5. If you wish to exchange the item in cases of size mismatch or wrong product, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
6. To exchange the product, you will need to ship the item back to us.
7. We will be shipping the new item to you once we receive your item back in the unit and the QC is done
8. The shipping cost will be reimbursed by us once you share the receipt of the shipped product
9. Please Note- All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
10. If we are unable to provide an exchange due to some unavoidable the full amount will be refunded back to you.
